Registration fees are determined by your current employer type.

Industry ticket

Required for all delegates employed by commercial organisations – medical-device (MedTech), pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as distributors, resellers, consultants, service providers and start-ups.

This applies regardless of clinical background. Nurses, technicians or physicians employed by industry must register as Industry.

Nurse / Fellow / Technician / Association ticket*

Available only to nurses, fellows in training, technicians and allied health professionals directly employed by a hospital, healthcare facility or recognised institution.

Not available to: employees of MedTech companies or distributors, and consultants, freelancers or contractors working for industry.

Student & presenter tickets

The Student ticket is free for individuals enrolled in a recognised institution, with a valid student ID. The Abstract and case presenter ticket is assigned free of charge to authors of an accepted abstract or case; they don't need to buy one.

* Proof of employment or enrolment at a healthcare or academic institution is required at registration.

— Cancellation & refund

If plans change, here's the schedule.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the congress organisation team by email. Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written notice, not from the date of the original booking.

  • Up to 6 weeks before the conference 100% refund
  • Between 6 and 2 weeks before the conference 75% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks before the conference 50% refund

— Additional flexibility

  • Your registration may be transferred to a colleague at no extra cost at any time before the conference.
  • Alternatively, you may convert your fee into a 100% credit toward a future ICCA event in place of a refund.
  • Cancelling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. You remain responsible for managing your own accommodation.
